Overcoming Sales Objections is an essential part of the sales process, as it will open up a whole new set of opportunities. It will produce new sales and provide an ongoing relationship with new clients. Objections will always occur no matter the item being sold or presented.

The course is designed with a technology called scorm package where all the lessons are contained in the same course screen. You press the menu button at the top right section of the screen where a drop menu pop up and all the lessons with the case studies and tests will appear and you can select directly to go a specific lesson if you don't want to watch the lessons sequentially.

Every course is composed of 10 Modules. Every module has assessment questions. You must answer all of them and get a cumulative grade of at least 50% to get the Certificate of completion. The assessment questions are on the sort of multiple choices. Each module has 10 questions
