Social intelligence is having an understanding of your environment and a positive influence on those around you. Participants will become more confident in their social situations by learning how to express and interpret social cues. They will learn to create positive connections and increase their influence during social situations.
The Social Intelligence workshop will provide participants with ideas they can carry throughout their professional and personal lives. It is a fantastic tool for coaching and development as participants discover new “people skills”. Improving social skills through active listening, understanding body language, and being more empathic will give participants an advantage in social interactions. Social interactions are a two-way street, know the rules of the road!

In order to get your first name and last name on the certificate, please add or include those in your profile with correct spelling and as you want them to appear on the certificate. i.e. go to my profile to add your first or last name. if you already included them from the initial log-in, then no need.
The course is designed with a technology called scorm package where all the lessons are contained in the same course screen. You press the menu button at the top right section of the screen where a drop menu pop up and all the lessons with the case studies and tests will appear and you can select directly to go a specific lesson if you don't want to watch the lessons sequentially.
YES. there will be after getting at least 50 marks in all tests of the modules
Every course is composed of 10 Modules. Every module has assessment questions. You must answer all of them and get a cumulative grade of at least 50% to get the Certificate of completion. The assessment questions are on the sort of multiple choices. Each module has 10 questions
